Connecticut’s Peel Liqueurs teamed up with Glastonbury’s Rooftop 120 for creative cocktail offerings during a Happy Hour Takeover on January 8, 2015. Joined by Ryan Donohue from iHeartRadio, representatives from Peel Liqueurs, makers of Peel Limoncello, Banacello and Cremoncello, mingled with guests while bar manager Tyler DeVecchis created original cocktails using the spirits. Onyx Spirits Company, makers of Onyx Moonshine and Onyx Secret Stash, had a special guest role in one of the cocktails, bringing the two Connecticut spirits together in “The Peel Lemon Drop.”
